MELINA FUENMAYOR – CEO
I began my journey as a Notary Signing Agent in June of 2019. While I started as a part-time agent, I soon discovered how much I enjoyed helping others achieve their goals by assisting them with notarizing their real estate documents.
Seeing the looks on the faces of people who were purchasing their first homes or even selling their own so that they could find something better sparked a passion that I didn’t know I had. After a few months, I made the decision to go full-time.
Although it was a slightly slow start, I soon was able to make a name for myself in the Florida housing industry. Within one year of being a full-time agent, I single handedly closed over a thousand real estate deals. Realizing that there was an opportunity to make an impact and bless others at the same time, I decided to start my own Notary Signing Agency called The Closing Signing Service in August of 2020.

I’m not acting alone; we are an amazing team who are making this possible. Together we have assisted tens of thousands of people across the country by providing notary signing services for their real estate transactions.
We have built a reputation on being a trustworthy, innovative, and highly communicative company who quickly solves problems and gets the job done. The Closing Signing Service team is trained to effectively communicate with title companies, using our secure technology to manage schedules and accommodate all signings.
We take a proactive approach by preparing documents in advance to minimize the risk of errors and educating clients on every step of the process. Real estate transactions can be stressful, and we are dedicated to making the final steps of the process simple and affordable.
